Eric
Technician
Eric's passion for automotive work began at a young age, turning wrenches alongside his grandfather in the family garage. It quickly became clear that he had a natural mechanical ability, which he chose to pursue as a career. In the mid-1990s, Eric attended technical college to hone his skills and deepen his knowledge of automotive systems. After graduation, he gained valuable hands-on experience working at several local dealerships and independent repair shops.
Over the years, he earned his ASE certifications and has continued to grow in the field, building a reputation for quality workmanship and trusted service.
Eventually, Eric joined the team at Master Mechanics Automotive, where his role has grown beyond repairs and diagnostics. Today, he helps Greg run the shop, bringing leadership, technical expertise, and a strong work ethic to the business. Together, they’ve built a solid partnership focused on delivering reliable service and creating a trustworthy environment for their customers.

Service Writer
With a friendly voice on the phone and a sharp eye on the schedule, Megan Twing keeps the front office of Master Mechanics Automotive running like a well-oiled engine. Alongside her husband Eric, Megan brings a personal touch to every customer interaction—whether she's checking you in, coordinating your repair, or getting you where you need to go with a smile.
Her days are filled with writing up detailed Repair Orders, managing appointments, keeping the workflow on track, and making sure every customer feels heard, respected, and taken care of. With a deep love for organization (and just a hint of vintage flair), Megan is the glue that holds the garage together.
